I. Rapid Review: A demonstration of all eighteen knife techniques that are explained in detail on the DVD. This is the portion we use for our sample clip.
II. Knife vs. Knife Techniques: Each technique sequence explained in step by step detail. Below lists the techniques taught. Techniques survey the primary angles of attack (round, back hand, straight, and overhead) as well as our opponent in a position with regular and inverted grips. Further, techniques against a left hand knife attack equally addressed.
Our defenses our explored from regular grip and inverted grip and twelve of the techniques are reactive (they attack we defend) while six of the techniques are pre-emptive in timing (where we either initiate the attack or initiate in action to draw a particular reaction.) How to approach an opponent who has two knives to our one is also covered.
